Brand image campaign, visual strategy with Ai, Case Sakky Taitaja 2024

I had the opportunity to work on a really interesting project for Savon Ammattiopisto, called Taitaja2024. I had the privilege to create their new brand images and also plan the visual strategy for the upcoming year. We wanted to do something completely new and different, so we chose artificial intelligence as part of the process. I still do brand image productions using traditional methods, but AI has become a clear part of my production process in certain projects.

I have been learning about the possibilities of AI in image production for over a year, and now my process is in such good shape that I can carry out such a demanding project with this new technology at a sufficient quality and level. When using AI as part of image production, it certainly improves many areas, but many new stages are also added. Design is always important in determining what is done and why. It all starts with defining the project, breaking it down into parts, and then moving forward with a well-made plan.

After the planning phase, the implementation phase begins, which in this project started with taking pictures of models for educational material. This educational material is fed to the AI and a model is created of the person being photographed, which can then be used as part of the image production. In short, now you can put a photographed person in any location and clothing you want with AI assistance. We are creating a brand new Ai model bank in a way.

To get the quality of images I want, I use several AI to produce the desired result. This is not about the Lensa mobile app that went viral. Lensa app is more about creating fantasy-themed avatars, and here I’m creating brand-quality pictures. In this case, using AI is much more handmade and requires several stages.

Below you can see the first brand images created for the project, which you will probably also see on the streets and busses. Next to the images you see some of the images that I used to train the Ai. The possibilities of AI do not end here, of course, as once the “machine” is created, we can produce more images cost-effectively for the project’s needs. When you want to make a Valentine’s Day post with a picture, for example, you can go and take someone’s educational material and make a completely unique picture on the subject with their picture. No one has to rush to be photographed, it can all be done from the home office.

I am happy to do this kind of project for companies and communities. The possibilities are endless, from illustrating design furniture to a fantasy forest, from styling hotel rooms to creating corporate brand images. AI brings fantastic opportunities.

So ask for more information about the possibilities Ai can bring to you!
